Marilyn Shaw is is a TEDx Speaker, Psychotherapist, and Founder of Faitherapy, an organization bridging faith and mental wellness for women. Inspired by her own mental health journey, she empowers others to renew, restore, and redefine their lives.
She holds a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Emporia State University and serves as a National Mental Health First Aid Educator, leading transformative conversations that break stigma and equip individuals with practical tools for healing.
Rebecca Watson is a master facilitator and leadership development strategist with a passion for empowering emerging and established leaders. She is the founder of Limitless Leader Inc., a leadership and organizational development firm and The Impact Consulting Team LLC, an educational consulting firm. For more than 18 years, Rebecca has made significant contributions to leadership capacity-building initiatives and served as lead facilitator of staff development, strategic planning and community-focused convenings for business, non-profit and education clients across the US. She also supports school improvement efforts as an international educational consultant and previously served as a principal in Chicago Public Schools where she specialized in school turnaround work. Rebecca led K-12 schools to achieve significant growth in academic performance and award-winning culture transformation, and now uses her gifts and talents to serve women leaders in the body of Christ, helping them achieve greater outcomes through intercession, prophetic counseling and teaching.
