Where Wellness, Leadership, and Purpose are on the Menu

Leadership is often celebrated for its achievements, but rarely given the space to reflect on the personal demands. Many C-suite women leaders operate at a relentless pace, holding space for everyone but themselves.

What’s missing is a trusted circle—a place to exchange insight, sharpen perspective, and connect with peers who understand the unique responsibility of high-level leadership.

A Safe Space

This invitation-only society, curated by Faitherapy Inc., brings together a select group of women leaders for intimate dinners designed to foster meaningful conversation, strategic insight, and authentic connection. Each gathering is hosted by a woman leader, who welcomes 6–8 peers from her network into a private dining experience where wellness, leadership, and purpose are on the menu. This ensures every table remains intimate, intentional, and impactful.

Your Seat at the Table

An Invitational Society for Women Leaders

An invitation to At the Table is more than a dinner—it’s an entry into an intentional circle of leadership. Members are invited personally by another member and have the opportunity to extend that same experience by hosting a dinner of their own.

Hosting is effortless: you create the guest list, and Faitherapy curates the rest—venue selection, dining experience, and guided conversation. Each dinner features a special guest expert, adding depth and perspective to the evening’s discussion.

Your annual membership includes:

  • Access to all At the Table dinners throughout the year

  • The opportunity to host a dinner for your circle of leaders

  • Sponsorship of one Faitherapy Bee Well member, providing her with six therapy sessions—extending the impact of your leadership to women beyond the table

Hosting is a special way to be seen alongside your peers, strengthen your network, and offer others the same space for connection and growth that you’ve experienced.

Learning Modality

The training is delivered through a 1-hour interactive and engaging in-person workshop, including:

  • Presentation: Key concepts and strategies

  • Interactive Discussions: Group sharing and peer learning

  • Practical Exercises: Stress-relief activities and mindfulness exercises

  • Q&A: Addressing specific educator concerns and situations
